Terms & Conditions – Online Fee Payment
By using the Online Fee Payment Service of Advanced Information & Management Studies (AIMS College), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
I/We voluntarily choose to use the Online Fee Payment facility provided by AIMS College for paying academic fees.
I/We have no objection to the college sharing my/our receipt and transaction details as required for payment processing and confirmation.
While the college will take all reasonable measures to ensure accuracy, I/We understand that the college shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or losses arising from incorrect information during the payment process.
I/We agree that any disputes related to transaction details must be resolved directly with the payment gateway provider, and the college’s role will be limited to providing necessary supporting information.
I/We agree to provide accurate and complete details while making an online payment. The college will not be responsible if the transaction fails or is rejected due to incorrect entries.
I/We accept that the records maintained by the college regarding online fee transactions and payment instructions shall be treated as final and binding evidence in case of any disputes or proceedings.
AIMS College does not levy any additional processing or service charges for using the online payment facility. However, any charges imposed by the payment gateway, merchant, or acquiring banks shall be borne solely by the user.
I/We understand and agree that the college reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue the Online Fee Payment Service at any time without prior notice or explanation.
By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood, and accepted the above terms and conditions.
